If Randomness is what you are looking for then this is the right place. From Games to Nail Colors, Clothes to Food Joint and random daily rants or thoughts
No, I'm not talking about money. I wish I were, though lol. This blog is about my first try at the so-called Virtual Challenge. I registered for Pinoy Fitness EARTH Virtual Challenge (2026), which is the first leg of the Virtual Challenges Series. See the photo below for the medals for all the runs.
I do intend to join all of it haha. As of this post. I have finished the 250KM Earth leg of this series. See proof below:
Was it fun? Yes, it helped me stay moving. I'm pushing to be able to run or jog 5KM straight, but I still can't do that now, hopefully in the future. I will update this when I get the finisher shirt and medal.
Hello there, this is just me, writing down the things I still kinda remember from 2025. I'm now at the point where I need something to remind me to remember things. Haha! Yes, you want to know my room is still messy. lol
2025 was rough for me, both in work and life. I was not able to get out of the PIP until the end of the year. I still need to prove that I'm fine now, and I will not make any more mistakes. I need to work fast but less mistakes. I know that is hard but I'm doing my best. Hopefully, this is the year my best would be good enough.
I do know the sludge I felt last year was from decisions I made years ago. I have this tendency to hold on to things regardless of how adverse they can be for my brain and emotions. I'm still trying to let things go, and I think I'm getting there.
There are some good days from 2025. Being able to go to Cebu for a week, going to a Renfaire in Bagiuo, losing almost 12 Kgs in 6 months, and getting to meet up with people in 2025. I do feel a bit better about some decisions I made.
Some decisions from 2025 are still kinda unravelling, so I would probably update in the future. You know I would be playing it goes well.
There is a YouTube Video of the wins for 2025 and the goals for 2026. Please check it out. haha I need more people there.
PC is still there, it has been for 4 months now as of writing this. We need a motherboard for it. Might get a new one by March or April.
It's been 12 years now since I started posting daily for my Birth Month. I forgot to post about 2024. So I'm going to do a double post.
For 2024, I posted doodles of people whom I adore! Here is the album. The art was commissioned from @UsagiBaka1 on (Twitter/X).
Here are some of the Art. The people in the artworks are Vtubers and some of my IRL friends. Who kept me above water.
For 2025, I posted photos with thank-you notes to random stuff and people. Here is the Album. I thought that was a good thing to do for 2025, as the year just felt heavy. I wanted to remind myself that there are people and stuff that are there to balance me out. Not everything is bad.
Well, this is now the first post of 2026! Happy New Year!
Let me start by thanking Cali for letting me drag them to Baguio and enduring my bad DIY travel planning. Love you, Cali!
The 2025 Ren Faire was held in Baguio at the Igorot Stone Kingdom in February. This marked the second time the event has taken place. I missed the first one, so I was determined to attend this year. Huge thanks to Cali for letting me indulge in this experience!
It was so electrifying to be there. We attended 2 of the 3 days of this event. Being able to see how people interact at this event was very different from other events I have been to. People felt nicer and a lot more approachable.
Gowns, armour, swords, and amazing headdresses. The location is also great for photoshoots. I knew the outfits I had ready were very simple compared to the ones the other people had made for themselves. However, I felt welcomed, and everyone seemed more approachable.
Overall, I would like to go back. I need to experience all 3 days, even the night shows. The organizers have that there will be no Ren Faire in 2026. Which will be good, I guess, that way I will have more time to prepare for it.
It has been a while since I have traveled "alone". The last one I talked about here was my trip to Bacolod in 2017. This trip to Cebu was one grand vacation for me. I stayed for 7 days. Traveled from February 22-28. Also, not really alone, I was with the ladies of TravelAlleys.
The flight was at 5pm and was in Cebu by 7pm. It was hard being alone in a new place, because Aya and Lime were at 7pm from Manila. So I booked Grab to get to the Condo I have booked for the stay. It felt weird to be alone, but it was fun. Getting to the room felt like it was getting home if I were living alone.
I got to try new things in Cebu, being more open to new food, using sunblock, and trying my best not to just stay in the condo. The girls and I joined a city tour, and we got to hit up most of the places that are known tourist attractions.
For a week, I was alone and enjoying it. I didn't have to think about whether I would be asked to do anything coz I'm the eldest. I felt at peace for a bit. I was worried that I wouldn't have enough money to survive, but at least I was only thinking about myself at that time.
It was funny that I had a bike accident while I was there. Nothing major, just a big ass bruise on my left leg. It was fun traveling on the bike in an unfamiliar place. It gave me a sense of freedom. I would do it again if given the chance.
What are my takeaways from this trip?
New experiences will not happen if you don't ask
I like Lato
I need to learn to take more useful videos for Vlogs
Some things will never happen, no matter how much you want them to happen
I would like to do this more often
If you want to see some videos, they are here: Youtube
This year marked the beginning of my weight loss efforts. I have been using the office gym's treadmill during my lunch time since December 2024. In early 2025, my team decided to do a Team Challenge. There were about 15 or more people who joined. There was a registration fee. The money that was collected was the prize money for the top 3 losers.
We officially started on February 11, and it would last for 6 months. My starting weight was 88.70 KG or 195.55 Lbs. What did I do to lose weight? I slowly tried to be more active. Finding time to use the office gym's treadmill and going out to walk at the local track and field.
Me at the start of 2025
At some point, I felt like I was no longer losing weight, so I had to do something to help me lose a bit more. So I started watching my calories and tried running as well. It did help, and at the end of the challenge, I was down to 76.10 KG or 167.7718 Lbs. I was part of the Top 3. Hehe, it was fun and I'm still trying to stay active! If there is a takeaway from all this is "stay active!"
Before and After
I'm still trying to lose a bit more. As of today, we are at 74.4 KG, and I'm just happy to see my neck better! I do hope this encourages you to continue your journey! Do the things that you feel are working and keep doing them until you achieve your goal!
Now that we are at the last quarter of the year... Let's list the things that happened, based on the photos I have and the things I wrote down, since I don't remember anything without proof, haha.
January: New Year
New Year's party at Home - I can't believe I survived 2024
First RTO at the office and Team Leader's Bday party
Well, okay, this has been too long. I will cut it for now. Thanks for being here. This is more like a directory to Vlogs and Photos. I will make a proper blog about something soon. I will make one more blog update from July to September.
Woah it has been a while blog page. Thank you for being here! I love that no one is blogging anymore. I can keep on putting things here without thinking about it too much. I don't need a cohesive thought
Since the last post, I have been vlogging more editing more and I have done 14 episodes of the Podcast. Please check it here. I got vaccinated, got free stuff. So I know it is kinda good for the past months. I'm thankful and again I feel spoiled. I got gifted subs to two of my friends that stream on Twitch. You can see it on my vlogs, IG and Tiktok.
Yet I do feel tired of life. I know I should be okay I mean I'm healthy and I don't struggle too much. I don't have to worry about food, the house clothes and all. But I don't want to be here anymore. Don't get me wrong I don't want to switch the light off but I do want to just leave and go to a place where no one knows me. I know that will be crazy also the top reason why I can't leave is money. I don't have the fund to just leave and start again. Leaving all this toxic stuff.
I'm running out of what to do for Birth month Randomness. So here you go these are things I wrote on live journal, Blogger, and Wattpad. I still use blogger to write about stuff and feelings, the rest is on hiatus. I did really do much for the Birthday this year we are still asked to stay at home after all.
How are things? Are you still okay with all this craziness call a pandemic? How are you getting by? This was a draft I had from last year for the end-of-year post. It was supposed to be the first post of 2021.
I hope you are better than how you were feeling yesterday. If there is something you want to talk about please know that I'm here. You may not know me personally but you can message me if you want to talk to someone that my a different point of view. I can be fresh eyes that can check on your issues or problems.
Thank you for reading this. I know it's not much. I'm not feeling well either. I just wanted to write something down for my blog. It is a different side of me if you will base it on my YT channel personal.

K'Omar is located at Molino III, Bacoor, Cavite across the Molino Coliseum. They offer Filipino and Mexican fusion food. They just celebrated their First Birthday last September 30. I was not there to celebrate but there are photos when we visited in July.
This is business is owned by a friend of my officemate from her previous company. I like the vibe to the place it is not intimidating so you will be enticed to go in and check it out.
I did check on the Facebook page that the design on the wall in the photo above as changed. The price is right for the food and servings. See the photo of their menu below. There are now serving acholic beverages as well as the liquor ban in the area has been lifted
What did we get during our visit you ask? We got nachos, wings soft tacos, quesadillas, and melon shakes. I think this was a lot for 3 people and it was worth it. The owner was nice and very accommodating!
Oh and yes we got churros! They have different dips you can choose from we got chocolate and strawberry. We were too full to finish it so we took it home and it was still good after an hour or so of traveling.
Did we like the food and the place? See the photo above. Will we go back? Yes, to be honest, if I can do it now I will visit them but it is kinda hard if you don't have your own mode of transportation. So please if you know the place and you live close check them out!
Welcome back to this blog. April has ended and we are now in the 5th level of Jumanji. People born in late March and April did not really get to celebrate outside their house. I don't really like celebrating my birthday anymore, I feel like it is a task I'm forced to spend money on. Okay, enough emo-ness.
I did it... I created a Tiktok account for the sake of continuing the daily post ritual I started in 2013. This is just me trying to learn the app. I don't think I have "original" content there, I just like the lip-syncing to other people's audio and no I can't dance. I did want to try the Haikyuu dance but still don't have the steps memorized
It was fun making videos and watching others' work. I may still use this account but not on a daily basis now. Here is the link if you want to see me be a 30 plus on a teens' app.
Here are some of my favorites. Click the pic to watch the video.
I was looking for a smart fitness band ever since my normal wristwatch died on me. I was first interested in the ATMOSFIT Hydro, it was cheaper than the Mi Band. However, Mi band has more Strap options.
After asking friends about this and waiting for about 3 months I finally got the Mi Band 4. To be honest I did not know that most of the features I wanted in the Mi Band are also in the ATMOSFIT Hydro.
So let me get into it, I wanted a watch, a pedometer, and something that can analyze my sleep patterns. You can visit the Mi website for the complete specifications.
As a watch, I just like the fact that I can set the time based on my phone's time.
As a pedometer, I like that it does not count a shake as a step unlike some app on your phone. You can log your workout and it notes the calories you burn and as well as your heart rate.
As for the sleep analyzer, I'm not sure how it works exactly but it can only monitor it at night. That would be great for people that work on normal hours. However, I work at night. It seems to track sleep between 9pm to 6am. So at the moment, I get to monitor the sleep since I work from home and I can sleep before 6am. Hopefully, this can be updated soon.
These are the reason why I decide to buy this brand. Bands with cute colors and designs that you can match.
Sorry if this is not the review you are looking for. Oh, battery life is good as well. Every since I got this last March 14 I have only charged it once. Thanks for reading!
Sit and Zip is a cafe in Imus. It is on a rooftop of GRS Building near S&R Imus. It is cozy and the food is great. There are 3 parts to this place. Outdoor, Air-con area and an area for grilling as they also have unli samgyeopsal.
We stayed at the Air-con area that looks like a park with wood seatings. There are plastic plants and zabuton for you to seat on. There tables that can accommodate 4 to 6 people.
This was the first time my sister and I visited this place. There is a branch closer to SM Bacoor but I want to see the original cafe. We opt to taste 2 drinks, pasta, and a sandwich.
Chocolate Frappe
Cookie and Cream Overload
I love the drinks. It is big, good choice if you are there with friends and have plans on catching up. Their meaty spaghetti and carbonara were good for sharing too. It was a good pair with the clubhouse sandwich.
Serving time is around 10 to 15 minutes. We stayed from 4pm to 6pm and it was great. There was not crowded that day which was good.
Below are the photos of their menu. This may have changed as this was taken on December 2, 2019.
Hello, 2020! How was your decade? I'm trying to remember what I have done for the past 10 years.
So for it to be easy I will do this per year.
2010: I was back in school, ready to graduate. I did a petition to have the provincial bus be back in Manila. I got gifts from relatives, friends, and Sherome. We visited an orphanage to help. I wonder how those kids are now. I started using tumblr and Facebook more.
2011: I got to try a lot of things, like going on outings with friends, going to museums in Manila and dying a part of my hair blue. I have also entered the last sem before graduating. I joined a Sailor Villian cosplay group. This was also the last time someone random tried to ask for my phone number at SM Bacoor. My online Job was blooming.
2012: Out of College now. I got a freelance job at an AD agency for about 6 months and it was fun. I got to do activations, call outs and Halloween party. This was the year I got Treze and BB13 the camera. This was the year I update this list too. This was the year I was at Cosmania as well as a random girl in a Yukata. I got play with nail polishes and open an online Ukay Store. It was great!
2013: This year out and about looking for work as the part-time job I had with the agency was done. This as the year I discovered Labyrinth, yes I'm was 27 years late. Late this year I started this blog and I have tried to post more yearly. This is the year I started the Birth month Randomness too
2014: This was the most productive year of this blog, 51 entries. I created this FB page as well. When to Baguio with family. I was still working around Mall of Asia. I got to enjoy more that year I think. There is more I just can't find it.
2015: This was the year I got a video edit job, it did not last long, after that I started working for Gaiax in Makati. It was a gig that has something to do with social media. This was the year of the Kontrabando Jamboree and the APEC summit that got people working. I when to Puerto Galera with friends and it was great!
2016: Stopped working for my online edit job, but got another edit and data entry side hustle. I was moved to the socials for the gaming side of things. Discovered Forever Sucks and Office Dramalala by D5 Studios. I traveled solo to Bacolod to see my best friend! I went crazy with Doctor Who this year, watching the new ones, then the classics. Oh, I got a surprised Bday party.
2017: Moved back to the corporate side of socials. I was given extra tasks like editing photos and making content. I did try to build my Youtube Channel but I since hid that and use this one instead. I got to try and be a marshall for a big convention... it sucked a bit. This was the time someone gave birth inside the bus I was in! When back to Bacolod with Sherome this time and ate our way thru the area. I did get a major heartbreak this year, I will leave it at that. Next!
2018: I was finally a part of the team's summer camp. When to places in Antipolo on a motorcycle. Left Gaiax/adish and was a bum for about a month. When to Baguio with Sherome and his family. I started work for Schneider Electric. So far so good, discovered Samgyupsal. Did a Staycation at Savoy Manila and watch "Ang Huling El Bimbo"
2019: Finally got my sunset-inspired hair and it glows under black light. I did a lot of reviews for this blog. I got my gallbladder removed. I stayed working for a year yey! I had fun walking the blacklight marathon. Traveled a lot this year too, went to spots in Manila, Tagaytay, and La Union. Online shopping is bad for me...
This is a long post and it took me 2 months to finish... I do hope I can do better! Happy New Decade!
Looking for things to do in Tagaytay as a day trip? Do you have your own ride? Then these places are perfect for you. This is me traveling to Tagaytay with little sleep. So we had lunch as Mushroom Burger!
Since I can't eat beef due to the recovery from the operation I had. I opt for the mushroom burger. This was the first time I had this and it was kinda weird but it was good. If tasted like cream of mushroom with bigger pieces and less soup. They do have regular fries now so make sure you tell them that you want mushroom fries!
There is still time before afternoon snack so we when to The Gingerbread House in Alfonso. This one is pretty far from civilization. see the maps for comparison. It is a bakeshop with cute decor and it feels its Christmas all year round.
There are a lot of places where you can sit down and take cute photos for your IG account. I like the swinging bed but I was scared to try it out. There is a 50 PHP entrance and you can stay as long as you want. You can make smores for a fee. I did not try it so I don't know the price.
It's a bit crowded when we visited as there seems to be a group tour at the time. I still did enjoy visiting the place. It will be a fun trip for your barkada if you have a van to rent.
Time to have some afternoon snacks! This is really the reason why I was in Tagaytay, Kuuma Kaakao. I saw Tara sa South's post and I wanted to try their food out. The price is alright, the service is a bit slow though. If you are in a hurry don't go there.
Yes I know this was badly photoshopped
The food was great and the view is awesome too. We did think that it would have been better if they had tea or coffee on their menu as a pallet cleanser. Having hot chocolate with something sweet was too much.
Look a giant chair! You can find this on your way to Crosswind Tagaytay. If you know someone that is an agent for this place you can event go inside for house viewing. Near the entrance, you can see Santa's treasure shop and his raindeers!
It would be best to be there early as there is a trail that you can go up to if it was still bright out. I'm not sure if it was called Alpine trail I will need to check if the one that knows. Hehe
These are things you can do within Tagaytay and Alfonso for a day, it is a good vlog topic as well. Thanks for reading!
