After 8 months, I'm back in Bacolod and I get to stay longer this time! Sherome tagged along too! Our flight was at 9:40 am and I honestly though we would be late if I did not leave the office by 6am. So yah, we were at the airport by 6:30 am thanks to Uber. Completely forgot that it was a holiday Monday.

Can you spot the difference of Manila and Bacolod skies? |
Clear skies ahead! who would have though that having someone with me to enjoy this trip will make time really fly! I did not notice the time, as we were busy talking and taking photos of the skies. We got to Bacolod by 11am I think. It you will be taking a shuttle and you are with someone, it will be a better if you take the 400Php deal, just make sure that you know where you should be dropped off.

The Ruins. Day one ended with desserts at
Calea in
Robinson's. Too bad they did not serve sandwiches like the one in

There are tons of things you can do inside the this resort. I will make another post about it. After a relaxing dip, we when back to Bacolod for lunch, please note that
Chicken House - Lacson is closed after 2PM. So, we we walked down to
Pizza Republic.

The day ended at
Imay's, for Chine's birthday dinner. We were late. I was really sorry for that. This was where I got to try Chicken Binacol, which is like Tinola but with Coconut meat. Dinner was courtesy of my friends family. That blueberry cheese cake of Cafe Bob's was heavenly!

After lunch there was still so much time till the day ends. That is why we went on a hurt for

The Trap Door Tasting Room. Chapter 9 3/4 is a Harry Potter themed Cafe, you can borrow wands and house scarfs if you want to. The Trap Door Tasting Room is all about illusions and magic. I will be posting more about those places soon.

What a welcome Manila! Thanks! |
Last day! Had breakfast at
Bagels by ELG. Then a quick trip to Sanders, Chine's office and NGC. If you do not want to use Grab or another shuttle service to get to the airport, you can got and get a ride to the shuttle terminal called
G & C Shuttle Service, you may need to confirm the times when a van will be leaving. We rode the 12nn Shuttle as our flight back to Manila was at 2:40pm.
Shout out to Sherome for joining this trip! Thank you so much for let me drag you around Bacolod!
